About Us

The Estonian Cricket Association roots began with a small Estonian called 'Little K'and a large Indian called 'Anil-mal' in 1998 and has since evolved into a registered sports club and now Association with a regular summer fixtures list involving teams from the UK and Scandanavia.

The game is played in Estonia from May until mid September with the majority of fixtures in June - August when playing conditions are perfect. The ethos of the club is very much centred of the idea of social cricket.

The Estonian Cricket Assoication has recently been admitted as the 102nd nation in World Cricket - and even though our offical ranking is high, we've beaten such teams as Russia, Croatia and Czech Republic who are ranked considerably higher than us.  We are looking forward to the challenge of further improving our world ranking and our aim is to play in the 2015 Cricket World Cup.

We would like to thanks all our visitors to Estonia, (Sir Tim Rice and the Heartaches for example) for you are the true pioneers and exponents of the noble art of cricket. (sniff sniff)
