Feel free to introduce yourself.

I'm Tim Heath, from Australia and have been living in Tallinn nearly 5 years now.

I like to think of myself as an allrounder, but probably i prefer batting, normally 1st or 2nd drop. My highest score was 96 in the 2006 season, so hopefully i can do better and get my maiden hundred this year Razz

Hi..My name is James and I'm an alcoholic. Whoops..sorry wrong meeting.

Like Tim, I also think of myself as an all rounder. I'm happy batting anywhere in the line up, but I prefer either opening and staying there or going in at number 4 with the intention of scoring quickly. Although only top scoring with 35 (not out) last season, I proudly had 15 innings without getting a single duck. I'm aiming slightly lower than Tim - and would be happy with a 50. Looking forward to getting my run up sorted this season and bowling from the 'Stable End' and getting a few wickets.

Also looking forward to shouting 'Hawks' at Barry everytime he goes for a forward defensive! Laughing

ps..Toffeeslot is actually the name of a song I was listening to at the time. It has no homsexual connotations whatsoever!

I am Shiva from India(not south estonian) and living in Estonia for more than 2 years. I would describe myself as a player with little bit of bowling, batting, fielding(kind of allrounder) and wicket-keeping too. I want to be like Jacques Kallis and my real inspiration in fielding is Jonty Rhodes(Idol). Batting wise none otherthan the maestro Sachin Tendulkar. Always willing to learn inorder to improve in overall level.
My personal score is, I guess 30´s!!! Wish to make 50 this year, bowl like Mcgrath(tight line, economical, wicket taker)......::Smile))
I am not injured Heskey as you might have read in cricket.ee.
It happens for a player like getting injured when their commitment is 100%....hehehehehehe
Sorry for over exaggeration!

Cheers!

Hello everyone,I am Vineeth from India,a Ph.D student in Tallinn university of technology and have been here for almost 2 years.

I consider myself a bowler medium fast(depending on how bumpy the outfield for the run up is Smile .I prefer bowling opening spells and also the slog overs.
My bowling heroes are Wasim Akram ( now don't call me unpatriotic) and Shane bond.As a batsman i can take quick singles and rotate strike for the big hitters.I admire batsmen who can hook and pull(especially pulling a bouncer for a six) and love the way the Srilankan Team plays.

My targets this season are to get at least 2-3 wickets per match , bowl fast and accurate consistently and chip in a few runs.
Ps i prefer bowling from the stable end as well

I'm Robin, and I've decided that as my batting and bowling aren't much cop I'm really going to work on my sledging this season. I practised my LBW appealing during the winter, and I've been working on the ludicrously optimistic slog/hoick at too-good bowling in the hope that it will disorient opposition bowlers. Like Mal Loye.

Hero is Paul Nixon, picked only for his sledging and turned into quite a useful wild hoicker. Big aim is to improve my reverse sweep and irritating waffling in the batsman's ear. And to be given at least one LBW decision that was blatantly miles down leg due to the convincing appeal and pout. Like Glenn McGrath.

Hi Tim,
Welcome to Estonia! We might have already faced each other at some point in the past - I used to play for Hartshorne CC in the Burton & District, and also Rolleston CC in the Derbyshire league. I was probably the guy who was out first ball and bowled 9 ball overs!
